Thirukarthigai Deepam Festival – 2025
The Arunachaleswarar Temple will celebrate the Thirukarthigai Deepam festival this year with grand rituals and ceremonies. The festival begins on Karthigai month 8th day (November 24, 2025, Monday) with the traditional flag hoisting ceremony.
The highlight of the festival will be the lighting of the Maha Deepam on the Annamalai hill, which stands at 2,668 feet.
