On the 6th day of the Tirukkarthigai festival celebrated grandly in the Thiruvannamalai Lord Arunchaleswarar temple (29th November), the deity of Lord Chandrasekhara was taken on a procession on the carriage of elephant along with th deities of the 63 nayanmars or Saivite Saints along with Nalvar Sekkizhar.

On the fifth day of the Tiruvannamalai Karthigai Deepam festival (21.11.2023), Vinayagar on the Rishaba Vahanam and Chandrasekarar on the Glass Rishaba Vahanam blessed devotees during the morning procession. Thousands of devotees participated and received darshan at the Arunachaleswarar Temple.
Ahead of the Tiruvannamalai Karthigai Deepam festival, kavacham is being fixed on the temple chariots. Temple staff are polishing the coverings, strengthening the structures and completing final decorations to prepare the ther for the upcoming procession.
The 4th Night of the Tiruvannamalai Thiru Karthikai Deepam Brahmotsavam was celebrated with grand silver vahanam processions. Vinayagar graced the Silver Mooshika Vahanam, Murugar with Valli and Deivanai appeared on the Silver Peacock, Periyanayagar on the Karpavirutcham Vahanam, Parasakthi on the Silver Kamadhenu, and Sandikeswarar on the Silver Rishabam, blessing thousands of devotees.
On the 4rd day of the festival, the the deities were then taken on a procession from the Thirukkalayana Mandapam, along the Mada Veedhis with the deities of the Lord Chandrasekarar. And Lord Chandkeshwara on the carriage of Naga vaganam.
