Sacred Vaikunta Ekadasi events at Thiruvannamalai Lord Arunachaleswarar temple!
On the sacred occasion of the Vaikunta Ekadasi, special Abhishekham was performed on the deities of the Lord Sri Venugpalaswamy with His Consorts Sreedevi and Bhoodevi, located in the 2nd Corridor of the famous Lord |Sri |Arunchaleswarar temple in Thiruvannamalai and the deity of the Lord was adorned with silver shied (Velli Kavacham) and Deepaaradhanai was performed.
The ‘Gajaakshmi’ and ‘Vaikunta Vaasal’ (The pearly gates of paradise) were opened after the Deepaaradhanai.

After the sacred Mahadeepam festival, sacred water sprayed on Thiruvannamalai mountain!
After the conclusion of the grand celebration of this year’s ‘Thirukkarthgiai’ festival in the internationally popular Lord Arunachaleswarar temple in Thiruvannamalai, the sacred water to be sprayed on the mountain was taken by the temple staff after performing Special Aaradhana in the second corridor of the temple to the top of the mountain.
