On the sacred occasion of ‘Ratahsapathami’ which fell on the English Calendar date 18th February (Thursday), the deity of Lord Chandrasekharar was taken to the Dhanakotipuram agricultural land to have the survey of the harvest performed there. Subsequently, ‘Theerthavari’ was performed on the idol of the Lord Chandrasekharar at the Kalasapakkam Seyyaru.
