Special celebrations on commencement of Margazhi month in Thiruvannamalai!

Today is the 1st day of the sacred Tamil Calendar month, Margazhi.

The commencement of this sacred month of Margazhi was celebrated at the famous Thiruvannamalai Lord Arunchaleswarar temple with the special function of adorning the deities of Lord Periyanayakar and Goddess Parasakthi Amman with ‘Velli Kavasam’.
