Pandhakkal Muhurtham for Karthigai

Pandhakkal Muhurtham, a symbolic inauguration for preparatory works for grand annual Karthigai Deepam festival is to be held in front of Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple on Monday.

Special poojas will be held in Sambandha Vinayagar Sannithi. The Pandhakkal Muhurtham will be held between 5.30 am and 6.45 am. Karthigai Deepam festival begins on November 23 and concludes with lighting of the Maha Deepam atop Tiruvannamalai hill on December 9.
