Pournami pradosham event took place at the Arulmigu Om Arunachaleswarar Temple in Tiruvannamalai. Below are some of the pictures showcasing the event.
Thiruvannamalai Temple – Anaiya vilakku lit in the temple
The eternal lit lamp (Anaiya Vilakku in Tamil) was placed in the sanctum sanctorum of the deity of Arunachaleswarar temple in Thiruvannamalai on Friday, 22nd June.
Eternally lit lamps will also be placed in the sanctum sanctorum of the deity of Durgai Amman and in the temple of Somasippadi Balasubramaniar from 22nd June.
The lamps were contributed by Amsavardhan, son of the late film actor Ravichandran.
