On the sacred occasion of the Aadi Pooram festival, a special theerthavari was performed at the 5th Corridor of the Thiruvannamalai temple at 11.00 AM in the Sivagangai pond. Earlier to the theerthavari function, the deity of Sri Parasakthi Amman was taken to the Thheerthavari Mandapam to offer Darshan to the devotees.
