Special Pooja was performed for the deities of Lord Nataraja and Sivakamaisundari at 9.00 AM. Maha Deeparadhanai was performed.

Subsequently, the deities were taken to the 1000-pillar hall to offer Darshan to the devotees. Thousands of devotees attended the special pooja and Abhishekham and had good Darshan of the Lord and His Consort.
